PADDY TUMUHIMBISE

Managing Director

Paddy Tumuhimbise is our Managing Director since 2020. With his professional and skilled ways of handling issues, he has helped the company serve its clients well. He holds a Masters of Public Procurement from Uganda Management Institute-UMI and Bachelor of Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Kyambogo University.

SAMSON MUSINGUZI

Operations Manager

Samson Musinguzi joined Fulltime Security Services Ltd in 2020 as Operations Officer and in 2022, he was promoted to Operations Manager. Samson is a security expert, skilled in security guarding, controlling, VIP escorting, Cash in Transit-CIT, Quick Reaction Force-QRF, Curriers services and he is a weapon Trainer. He served in Afghanistan in peace keeping mission.

PATRICIA KOMUJUNI

Administrator

Patricia Komujuni joined Fulltime Security Services Ltd in the year 2020 as a company’s Administrator and Accountant, in the year 2022, she was appointed by the board of Directors as Human Resource Manager. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Finance and Accounting from Kyambogo University.

She is a very open minded and always eager to learn and passionate to perform to expectations. Guards nick named her company’s Mama because she is always mindful of the needs of staff.

RONARD SHABOMWE

Head of Sales and Marketing

Ronard Shabomwe joined Fulltime Security in 2021 as a Marketing Officer and in 2022, he was promoted to Marketing Manager by the Board of Directors. He is a professional Journalist and a Community Worker. He holds a Bachelor of Community Based Rehabilitation-CBR from Kyambogo University and a National Diploma in Journalism from Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board-UBTEB.

Ronard is a trained and an experienced security officer, having worked as a security officer and system controller for over four and two years respectively.

NINSIIMA ASAPH

Accountant

Asaph Ninsiima joined Fulltime Security Services Limited in 2022 as an accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University.
Asaph has previously worked as a Finance and Administration manager, accountant, and Accounts Assistant in different organizations.

OPIO RICHARD

Regional Security Manager

Richard Opio joined Fulltime Security Services Limited in 2022 as a Regional Security Manager. Opio is a security expert with a variety of security experience in different security fields.

Former Platoon Commander Baghram US air base Kabul, Afghanistan, Former Platoon Commander at Combat surgical hospital in Baghdad Iraq, Former Security Signaler at Mult National Corps Baghdad Iraq, armed Security specialist at the Us Forward operations army bases Iraq wide. He has attended a basic Guard Force Training.
He attained a certificate of security in Single Customs Territory, Customs classification and valuation of goods for better knowledge of security supervision at Border points and inland Bonds and ware houses.

He holds a Diploma in Procurement and Logistics Management from MUK (IACE and CEEMS).

Edius Atuhaire

Systems Controller

Edius Atuhaire has been part of Fulltime Security Services Ltd since 2021, first as a guard, a rider/supervisor, deployment officer and system controller. He is a teacher by professional.

Flair Tuhirwe

Incharge of UHL Lugazi

Flair Tuhirwe is one of the Fulltime Security Services Ltd senior guards. A very hard working officer and she is currently the in charge of Uganda Hortech Limited(UHL), Sugar Corporation Uganda Limited (SCOUL) Lugazi.

Nelson Nahamya

Armory Officer

Nelson Nahamya has been with Fulltime Security since 2018. He is one of the most disciplined and hard working officers. He has held a number of responsibilities ranging from guarding, rider, deployment officer, supervision, and now Armory Officer.
