Establish quality objectives that shall be implemented, monitored and reviewed periodically to measure achievements.
Carry out internal audits and management review meeting annually to ensure its effectiveness and suitability.
Provide adequate resources and top management support to promote better work environment , clients ‘satisfaction and compliance to legal and other applicable requirements.
Train employees for skills enhancement and improvement of work culture and performance .
Ensure suppliers and contractors embrace operations management principles by establishing specifications for materials that comply with established government standards.
